WHAT is the best sword in the game and where can i get it? also what is the best shield in the game, and where can i get that?

Best sword is upto debate... max damage is 15-22... best sword to me would also have a modifier of at least +15 to 20% damage while either enchanted, or health over 50% as for sheild the max Armor is 16... you find them all over late game
